Rocker and interior designer Lenny Kravitz adds photo curator to his talent list.
The “Let Love Rule” singer led a photo show of Herman Leonard at the celeb favorite Church Boutique in Los Angeles that debuted Friday.
“Herman Leonard was an exceptionally beautiful human being who should be continually celebrated. He brilliantly understood the history of jazz in preparation. I have been blessed to become her friend, and I am happy to present this collection [of] emblematic photographs in Church Boutique, ”Kravitz said on Page Six.
Portraits of great jazz musicians such as Sarah Vaughan, Billie Holiday, Lena Horne, Miles Davis and Louis Armstrong are some of the photos on display. The exhibition also features photos of Leonard de Kravitz, which will be sold at auction.
